Tried to do online ordering today, but it was down. No big deal, so I went in and ordered the old fashioned way, and I'm glad I did. The man who took my order was so nice! Repeated my order to make sure he has it right and then struck up some convo, which was a pleasant touch. Then I moved on to the person who was dressing my sandwich. He asked me how my day was going and follow up questions. The art of conversation and customer service is usually lost on fast food places, but today Jersey Mikes knocked it out of the park. I was impressed and knew their review needed an update as soon as I walked out of there. Oh I've also learned you have to have your sandwich made Mikes Way, the olive and vinegar mix works perfectly to soften up the bread. So if you skipped them in the past for my last review. I humbly ask you to give them a shot. Everyone deserves second chances right?

The decor is in the modern-country look. Their service was a little slow, but friendly. The prices are moderate. We ordered biscuits and gravy and their signature breakfast burrito. Both dishes were excellent and made to order fresh. The biscuits looked and tasted house made. The signature burrito was stuffed with delicious items such as - avocado, egg, potato, cheese and tomato jam. The tomato jam- with a hint of cinnamon really gave the burrito an excellent flavor. Would highly recommend this burrito!

I placed an online order around 1:15 p.m. on a Friday and ended up waiting over 15 minutes in the store for a smoothie and a side salad, even though there was only one other customer. No one told me upfront they were out of the salad I ordered. I had to wait before finding out, and I wasn't given the option to cancel or switch. I was told it would be "4 minutes," but it actually took more than 12 minutes. At one point, my order was just sitting behind the counter instead of in the pickup area, and I had to flag someone down to ask if it was mine. Food was good as expected, but the lack of communication and unnecessary wait time made it a frustrating experience.

Snappy Tomato Pizza in LaGrange is chef's kiss delicious! We stopped in recently, and I have to…read moresay, it totally hit the spot. I ordered the BBQ Chicken pizza on cauliflower crust, and it was honestly even better than I expected. The crust was perfectly crisp, the toppings were generous, and the flavors came together so well--it was the kind of pizza you want to savor all the way to the last bite. What makes it even better is that during the week of September 15th, 2025, ALL pizzas are 50% off! That's the perfect excuse to go a little adventurous and try something new, whether it's a specialty pizza you've never had before or a different crust option. With a deal like that, you really can't go wrong. But beyond the food (which is already fantastic), the staff deserves a big shoutout. Everyone was so friendly, upbeat, and genuinely happy to be there--it makes such a difference when you walk into a place and feel welcomed right away. The atmosphere was laid-back but lively, and it just made the whole experience that much better. Between the tasty pizza, the great value, and the kind, smiling staff, Snappy Tomato Pizza in LaGrange is an easy 10/10 in my book. Whether you're a longtime pizza lover or just looking for a new spot to try, I highly recommend stopping in this week while the special is running. You'll be glad you did!

She put gloves on and then wiped her nose AGAIN with gloves on and messed with her hair. As the other lady finished making the first part of my sandwich, it came out the toaster and that's when that lady Sarah took over. I asked her to wash her hands and change her gloves. She rolled her eyes at me and changed gloves but didn't wash them. Then she grabs the ranch and looks at me and says really nasty "you want ranch?" I said yes but I need lettuce. She then looked at me and got nastier and said "but you want ranch right?" I then said "yes? But I would like to put my other toppings on first before the ranch" she slammed the ranch and then put the other toppings on. Then when it was time for my other sandwich, she continued to sigh really loud and I asked for pepper and she poured over it so much that I knew I couldn't eat it. I ask her to take that mayo off (cause that's where all the pepper is) and asked her to go easy on the pepper like I said the first time and she was cussing and what not. Finally, it's time to pay, and after I paid, I told her she had a disgusting attitude and she just shrugged. So this is the second time I've been there and both times I've been treated horribly and they're super rude. So to the lady SARAH with the blonde hair, I hope you can fix your grotesque attitude. It was completely unnecessary and very unprofessional.

First: The Gobbler, on Market fresh bread, honey mustard on one side of the thick cut turkey and a cranberry spread on the other with cheddar and lettuce and tomato and bacon was a delightful explosion of flavor, sweet and savory with excellent portions! Next was the Venison sandwich. I like deer meat and have prepared some great roasts and burgers and my expectation of Arbys was that they'd make it as tasty as the rest of their meats. I was disappointed. So this being the reason I didn't give 5 stars. The meat is real, cut in different proportions, thick and soft to chew. It seems as though it must've been marinated, but it lacked any flavor except the "game" taste. It came on a plain bun with onion crunchies and BBQ sauce. The meat reminded us of liver. Lastly was the new fried turkey sandwich, Cajun style, with mayo, onion crunchies, lettuce, tomato on the plain bun. Great flavor, portion and the seasoning wasn't too hot, as sometimes Cajun spices can get. The recently remodeled restaurant has friendly people, pleasant seating area and better food since new management.

Too thick for me; but they have a nice flavor profile in the sauce. I'm sure the pie is even better fresh out of the oven. The cheese lovers calzone tasted even better. My only issue with that, was the crust was too thin. They mixed the two up. Haha. They could have put two containers of sauce in the box with the calzone so if you order it to take home ask for the extra sauce. I look forward to going back and dining in. Eating the pie fresh out of the oven and some of their other dishes as well. Definitely recommend.

Fortunately, our grandson had a soccer game in LaGrange and that put us right where we needed to be. First impression? Waite staff was wearing white shirts and black slacks. This ain't Fazoli's. Our waiter, Robert, took our drink order and brought us freshly backed cheese bread served with a side of marinara. The bread was excellent (almost too good) and the marinara was full flavored without the heavy sweetness so many sauces rely on. My wife ordered cheese ravioli and I went with an Italian meatball calzone. Both dishes were beautifully plated. The Stromboli was almost intimidating, so I immediately split it in two knowing half was heading home. My wife couldn't finish her serving of ravioli. The ravioli was well filled and the sauce was outstanding. My Stromboli was heavy on the melted cheese to the point it was difficult to find the meatballs. But what really stood out, aside from flavor and sauce (on the side) was the dough. Light, just the right amount of crisp without reminding you of a burnt pizza crust. Service was outstanding. Robert was attentive without being obtrusive. Pricing is reasonable, with a nice mix of prices for any budget. Palermo's is upscale dining at modest prices and well worth a visit.
