The guide was live, speaking in German (we speak English). I asked about English and the woman I spoke with said she heard the guide speaking in English - very defensive. I don't think I am exaggerating but it wasn't more than 5% of the narration. We saw some beautiful places that we would loved to have known more about, but it was not possible in a foreign language. We would not do this again. The two women on the bus were very rude. We could have had the same tour on the city bus for much less money. For us there is no narration on the city bus and there certainly wasn't any on this paid Hop On, Hop Off Bus.

They are so rude and disrespectful. I politely asked the driver which line is this bus. The driver replied, "Don't ask me. Ask the guy outside." I asked the 'guy outside' and he told me to wait. I turned around and the bus has taken off. It was a very simple question. I don't recommend on relying the tour bus to give you a good background story of the city if your language is English. They don't supply headphones for English because the tour guy is SUPPOSED TO speak English. However, he speaks German throwing in English words and calling it a day. When we asked the person selling the tickets how to hop off the bus because they were skipping stops, she answered very rudely about how we are all human beings and I should ask the driver. I DID ask. I just got ignored. I've never felt the need to write a review, this is my first. I feel very strongly about this company and that EVERYONE should know how bad of an experience this was. I'm very disappointed.
