The reviews on yelp and google further confirmed this was the right choice. The office staff explained everything thoroughly and followed up via email and phone call when necessary. The service person showed up within the timeframe and went into further detail about the different screens/materials - it made me feel even better about my selection. For some reason, I had it in my head that this would be a fast repair but replacing 6 screens took almost an hour and a half. Not a complaint - I'm more impressed that he took his time instead of performing a rush job. I'm enjoying new, sturdier screens thanks to Screen Medic.

I was willing to pay extra because the salesman convinced me that Pella cared about their customers and would fix any issues I might have but that has not been true. The caulking on my windows looks terrible less than 2 years after install and I believe that the installer used the wrong caulking. I have reached out to the salesman about this and he agreed that the caulking looked bad, but then he stopped responding to me and then said this is not covered under warranty. The warranty clearly says that workmanship is covered but Pella is refusing to honor that and fix the issue they made. I will not be using Pella again.
