It's clean and well light- has all of the amenities available - window squeegees, full car wash, and even gloves (when they are not out) and garbage cans with room to put garbage in (can't tell you how many stations I have been to that have them but there is no ro for trash). Just indicates it's well maintained in my book. The inside store is clean and well stocked even offering fresh fruit and fresh coffee. There is an ATM machine too for those days when your child remembers at the last second he needs money for -insert drama filled plea here (field trip, book sale, I've cream, school dance etc. ) People are nice. I did my research because I recently moved to the area and this is my new baby and I wanted to make sure I got the best treatment for her & in the best hands. I am SO glad I trusted them because my car is spotless. They go above and beyond to make sure your car is squeaky clean and you leave happy! Their service is also very quick- it's not a whole day waiting for your car. Everyone that works there is very pleasant and friendly. On top of it, the crazy weather started taking the shine away from the car, and I got into a minor accident where I had my front bumper tainted with white paint. All in all, my poor car needed some TLC, and that's exactly what it got! This little place is tucked in right next to US1 behind/attached to the back of the Chevron gas station on the 120th st intersection. The people are knowledgeable and friendly. Understood what I wanted, and I was able to book an appointment, which was a plus. I got the inside, and outside done, clay and wax, and am very happy. It's almost as if it's brand new. The outside is silky smooth, and everything is shining beautifully. Got all the scratches inside and out fixed whice was great. You can tell they took their time as all the crannies, etc, were cleaned well. They said it would take about one and a half hours, but i work nearby, so i left the car. They have a little patio set you can seat and wait, but there's no shade (there's a Starbucks and pinecrest bakery next door, though ). Pricing wise, it's on the higher end, but considering it's Pinecrest and how good my car looked, it was OK. I recommend it and will be taking another car this weekend. This place sucks ass, the experience was extremely disappointing and far below what any customer should reasonably expect. From the lack of organization to the poor communication and apparent carelessness during the visit, the entire operation felt chaotic and unprofessional. As I am writing this comment, I've been sitting here for 40 minutes. I arrived expecting a routine service and instead left frustrated by delays, confusion of the staff who is the guy walking around like he own the place. He's not even doing anything about this delays and the apparent inability of staff to manage even basic tasks efficiently. At this point, it honestly feels like a group of chimpanzees can run this place better. While I understand mistakes can happen, the overall level of incompetence and disregard for customer service was unacceptable. I don't think I'm coming back to this place ever again.

The reason for 4 instead of 5 is because of the lack of communication from the front desk. He was funny but he definitely was lacking efficiency. Other than that it was great. Service was top notch.
