Heaven help you if you are ever late on a payment…read more I've lived in the house since it was purchased over 16 years ago and they think that because I'm one day late on receiving my payment they need to call me...three times a day every day its late. I told them to stop calling because I'm not stupid, just hit a rough spot financially, and I know the payment needs to be made and when I've been late in the past I've always caught back up. Well, I hit another rough spot and got called again. It has been a very long time since I've been spoken to in such a demeaning, demoralizing, humiliating manner by anyone. I was insulted, criticized and demoralized for almost five minutes, he would not permit me to get a word in and was barely permitted to answer the reason for his call - when I'd send this months payment. He spent three minutes going on about what a good person my dead-beat ex-husband was (who does not work and has a wife and girlfriend paying all his bills in one city, and another girlfriend paying all his bills in a different city). He tried to badger me into paying it over the phone - they charge a surcharge to pay it over the phone - and when I told him I was already paying a late fee I'm not paying the surcharge too he became insulting again so I hung up on him and blocked the number. Unfortunately these guys are not a member of the Better Business Bureau so filing a complaint there won't do much good.

You have the worst underwriters I have ever had the misfortune to deal with. Apparently our word is…read morenot enough to prove that our child is actually in school and not a drop out. I provided screen shots of the parent portal and that wasn't good enough either. You told us we need to print it off a specific report from the parent portal. Do you make everyone jump through so many hoops to prove their child is in the grade we say he is in? You made us re-write the letter from the Trustee multiple times, even though the first and second submission fulfilled exactly what you requested. If you needed something very specific then you should done a better job detailing it out. The last submission was literally everything that was already provided to you. Apparently you do not understand Social Security Benefits at all. The closing date was missed by more than a week and a half and you are still requesting information. NEVER do business with this lender.
