Ok here's how it went, booked a survey appointment with Chris the director, came on time, very professional, looked at all the latest technology options explained and settled on a 4kw system with extras. Date set, Scaffolding was a day late being erected but the guys were spot on, curtious and quick, erected both sides of house within 2 hours, I will say, don't expect a bowling green lawn (if applicable) after they have been but a few lawn dints with scaffolding poles are to be expected. Installation of the kit was again done by Chris, a nice guy who approached all problems to a resolution. We suffered broken tiles, Chris went and got new replacements (so he should you say) but I had a cable missing which wasn't his fault, he went and got a replacement. i also had a electrical problem for the feed to the water heater and Chris tried, nice to see the extra effort without the "it will cost you...." but again it was my house that was at fault. It was left for me to sort, which I did. One thing, I would have liked, at least a follow up phone call to say, is all the system working OK. Had to chase up the removal of the scaffolding after a week but again, no problems. Received a very professional post completion paperwork pack with all relevant PV/Eco documentation including a separate building certificate. Overall, Chris is nice guy building a business, I think he will admit, yes its not perfect but he is hard working and will do his best to compete the job to the customer's satisfaction, is he juggling too many roles? don't know, i know, I would recommend him. read more

Made several enquires and received quotes for the installation of solar panels, from different companys Chris at Homeco Enery was the only company to supply me with all the technical information .and costing I required. After visiting the show room and seeing the equipment that would be installed We decided on a date for the installation to be carried out. I left a deposit and received an insurance certificate as this covers any problems. Before the installation date I received a phone call to make sure that the installers would have access to the property. The installers turned up at the time and date agreed. The installation was completed in the day and the installers also replaced some cracked tiles that we had on the roof.
