Recently Jeffrey reached out to us just to stay in touch. That same day the the mortgage company increased our monthly payment by 200 dollars saying our escrow account was short over 2200 dollars. Jeffrey and I contacted the mortgage company . He stayed on the phone with me for an hour with the mortgage company. We finally found a way to to reduce the the escrow account shortage by 1700 dollars and at the same time reduce the monthly payment by 300 dollars.
