Our hasn't really worked the greatest at the beginning of the summer every year it will run for a few days then stop. Last year a few weeks past the service warranty they came out not only charged for the service which kinda crappy but whatever then tried to charge 100 over msrp (what it was at home depot) for a thermostat. We refused to pay for the thermostat. Once again beginning of the summer it worked a few days and it's out again. Iron eagle pissed that we wouldn't pay over msrp for a thermostat now refuses to come service their own work. Don't use them!! They also say they have 24/7 emergency service they don't at all.
