There is one particular member of staff who is always unfriendly, sour, never able to say good morning, hello, or anything of that nature.If you should complain or remark, the other staff are inclined to side with one another like children in a playground.I had a substantial amount of money to spend on behalf of my neighbours for our garden but went elsewhere.They have no competition in Troon , unfortunately so you either buy there or go elsewhere. There is a large range of vases, especially the tall thin variety, and there are artificial flowers too. Plenty of toys and gifts of various kinds, gardening tools, some stationery and homeware items. They seem to specialise in large pictures and posters for the home, especially of the 'movie-star' type. The two men I've talked to in there have always been helpful.

The prices are pretty good too and sometimes there are sales on certain items, especially lamps and small things like that for the home. It's great, of course, for tools of most kinds for all your DIY jobs and there are whole bathroom suites available and all the accessories too. I like the attached garden centre as well which I like to browse on dry days! I bought some smoke alarms here today and will be back again soon to buy some door handles. The staff are always helpful and will take you directly to the aisle and product that you're searching for.
