She never gave us any feedback and just tried to talk us out of keeping a bathtub because it would be too expensive. We said money was not an issue and she said it was for her. We went with a more reputable company. She finished our neighbor's (who recommended the company). Kitchen and it is hideous. Our neighbors spent $65k on a their "dream" kitchen. We hired owner, Robbie, to renovate our two full baths entirely. He did good work, was helpful in…read moredoing additional things to help complete project (e.g., pick up vanities in far location, help with moving house furniture), provided input on design, and more or less stuck to the timeline. However, he axed our trust by not being transparent with contract term changes / impacts to cost and lack of organization. For example: he did not 1. document what he thought were deviations from initial signed contract + additional purchases and associated expenses; 2. save all receipts and provided to us for any extra items bought for the project (these were haphazardly tossed in his truck and he gave us a pile of what was available when we asked. I am not sure how he calculated the final total if he didn't have receipts or other tracking mechanism to show for it. the difference between the extra amount charged and receipts was about $2000 just on materials.....hmmm yeah a bit significant) and most importantly 3. he lied about selling our old vanity. we had mentioned we wanted to sell it because it was in good condition but he said no one would buy it. we found out by accident as the buyer came to our house to pick it up to pay cash and my husband went to see who was at the door. when i mentioned this to robbie he was dismissive (yes totally awkward!) needless to say the tip we planned on giving him for the favors he did and good reno work went out the window given that he tipped himself with the sale proceeds from our vanity. Ourselves and a family member are currently doing large-scale renovations and we are NOT using him

My husband and I have had electrical issues in our home for the past 5 years now with no one willing or able to fix the issues. 1st priority came on time and thoroughly took everything apart, found the issues and solved all electrical problems in the fastest most convenient time frame ever.
