I have not received a payment of any kind on it for over 6 months now. The other one was due to be paid back to me in a full balloon payment last month. I have still not received that one either. Although I am much younger and relatively inexperienced when it comes to investing compared to the rest of their clientele, i have never felt as though I was inferior or "talked down to" by anyone at First Funding. There have been several occasions where I would go in and speak with Mr. Gumm about investments, real estate, etc.for 30-40 minutes at a stretch. Not once did he ever cut short our conversations or dismiss me in a rude manner, although he certainly had every right to since it was I who was constantly taking up his valuable time. Instead, he as well as the other members of the company have always treated me with respect and have provided honest feedback and responses to my queries, which I wholeheartedly appreciate. I have also never felt though as though i was cheated or duped in any of the investments that I have participated in and have always been notified each month as soon as the checks were ready for pickup. Mr. Gumm and his colleagues at First Funding have demonstrated to me that they are not only outstanding professionals, but more importantly, are upstanding individuals.

It had been a couple years in the making, and we were completely lost on what direction to go. Gaye worked with us and made it extremely simple. She helped us find a loan that combined our homeowners insurance and our construction loan. Every other mortgage company we spoke to did not come up with this creative solution and only presented us with loans that had higher interest rates and would hurt us in the long run on the construction loan. She was inventive and extremely helpful. The process was painless because of her and we are excited that she was able to help save us money. I am 100% when I say I'm not sure we could have gone through this process without her. She is professional in every way and makes sure you are well taken care of throughout the whole process. I highly recommend using Pegasus Bank - they will make it easy for you. Ask for Gaye!
