I have been homeschooling dual exceptionality and exceptionally gifted (gifted/asynchronous/disabled) kids for 23 years now. Two of my older kids already graduated college and one is a military vet. My two remaining kids are completing high school, but have been doing subjects at college level. I thought this organization would be helpful for capturing records and credits. Instead, I was faced with a bizarre and traumatic examen, a vaguely hostile interrogation, demands for legal documents, an extremely toxic phone exchange, rejection of my three years' advanced kid unless I crammed him into an inappropriate grade level (a single grade level), an obvious effort to extend unhelpfulness and rigidity, contempt toward our proposed plan of studies, and a 'partial refund' after less than 24 hours of engaging this institution. I have not seen such ignorance about the issue of asynchronous development (our very motive for having homeschooled all along) since the late 90's. If your kid fits in their boxes, have at it. If not, I hope you enjoy subjecting yourself to this. If you do, you might enjoy things like struggling with IEP at your local public school. This is ostensibly a 'Christian ministry.' Ok. read more
