    Disorganized company who does not listen to client's OR employees needs…read moreI "worked" for these people for approximately one week. I was interviewed and hired by the wife and was told she needed to run a background check (at HER expense) even though I had just had one done. Two weeks later, I called every number possible and finally got the husband on the phone. He had not run my background check yet. Within the hour, he called me back and said he was sending me to a job on Saturday that was "easy" just helping the daughter and MAYBE feeding the lady. I had made it very clear that I was a conversationalist, hobbyist, companion, errand running, light housework type of cna, not medical care or lifting. The client told Matt over and over that he needed to send someone more comfortable with lifting and changing the elderly. I told him over and over. He would not listen to either of us. We LIKED each other. We just were not suited to each other (the client and I) On the 3rd day I badly hurt my back, helping to lift the client into bed. At this point, I had already told Matt this would be my last week. Long story short, I ended up on pain pills, muscle relaxers and not lifting more than 5 lbs for a week. When I got my paycheck after 16 hours at $10 per hour AND my paying for my own ppd to be done AFTER I quit, my paycheck was $53.00................I have nothing favorable to say about this company.

    USELESS. I discovered my CPAP machine stopped transmitting data because it has an outdated 3G…read moremodem. No warning or email sent to me as a heads up. They can call me, send me text messages and harrass me the death to buy CPAP supplies so there was no reason why they could not send out a message. My doctor needed that data. When I was sold this machine I was not given an SD card and told I would NEVER need one as my machine transmitted data via cellular. Now here we are and no card in the machine. I put in my own card to get the data, but my doctor refused to accept the card because it was not a Resmed branded card. I call Medi to try to sort this out and determine if getting a new machine since its almost 7 years old is the right thing. I get Sara, office manager. I start asking her basic questions to determine the age of the machine. She can't access anything and can't tell me anything. I call her USELESS. Because all she seems to do is answer the phone. I called Corporate in Columbia and they leave a message for Michelle, RT. Michelle, RT tells me that there is a 2 month wait for a replacement machine because there is a recall on Phillips Respironics machines. She states that they need to get those customers taken care of first and that is why a 2 month wait. I guess I am worthless to her and my money is not green. Considering I have been using these people for 12 plus years. She tells me she will see what she can do. That Resmed is behind in production and it would be March 2023 or later. Fast forward I call to get a Resmed card. I get USELESS Sara again, she tells me she doesn't have one and has no clue how to get one. Tells me my current machine should have come with one. I told her nope. Nothing was in the slot and the RT who set up the machine told me NONE was needed because it was cellular. I confirmed with her this would be NO Charge which she says there will not be a charge since I never got one but she can't confirm that because, she has no access to the systems. In between there and calling trying to reach Michelle, RT. I get Robert, the delivery driver, He tells me that Michelle, RT is only in the office ONE a month of the fourth Friday of the month and that is the ONLY time new CPAP deliveries are done. I say to him, that makes sense why the long wait to get the. new machine. Probably more a staffing issue than a part constraint issues. I spoke with the former Area Manager Chris Taylor and I am now waiting to speak with the current area manager Glenda Corley on the poor behavior of Michelle, RT. I doubt I will get anywhere. I just want the SD card and move on. These place has been declining for years now...its hit rock bottom. Why even bother to answer the phone if your are USELESS.....they make VOICE MAIL for a reason. This local office is a big mess of NOPE!!!! STOP answering the phone and stop selling devices that you support because you don't have enough staff. Trying using call forwarding to your office in Columbia and let them answer the call. At least they can access the systems unlike Ms USELESS, Sara who is supposed to be the office manager.

    I give 1 star for Dr.Moody at their Remount Road Office and a few of the staff. Dr. Moody was…read moreengaged and professional. Can't say that about Dee, Lena or the women at the counter. They exude contempt. Don't expect Customer Service. It's obvious some have an immediate dislike for you based on your ethnicity. Dee was my first encounter with the Office staff and she was extremely rude and belligerent. I kind of ignored it thinking maybe she was just having a bad day but after dealing with this group of people for two long weeks, her rude and unprofessional behaviour is the norm and is rampant in this office. I needed a referral and after 2 weeks of calls and feeling I was being ignored I still didn't have it. My messages were not passed on. The gatekeepers were so rude and condescending. I left a message asking Dr. Moody to please call me but her assistance called me and gave me conflicting information. So you can't get past the gatekeepers to speak to your doctor. The last one I spoke to said it would be best if I came and picked it up. I was told it was ready. So I drove through school traffic stood at the counter for a good 10 minutes not being acknowledged. But a woman who came in after me was acknowledged and told that they would be with her in just a minute. There's that treatment based on your skin tone again. A woman came to the counter and offered to help me. I told her I was there to pick up a referral. She looked through a little file on the desk and then disappeared into the back. When she came back, she said that The referral was not ready, that Dr. Moody had JUST begun to work on it. So the people I spoke to over the past 2 weeks who gave reasons for it not being sent to the specialist office were they didn't have a fax number, Dr.Moody was working on it and my insurance didn't cover it. Even though my insurance company had already contacted the Office asking for the referral, were not true either? More conflicting information. She went onto admonish me that they would never tell a patient to come and pick up a referral. I assured her that I had been told it was ready and to come pick it up. She shook her head at me with an angry face and basically told me I was a liar. That she didn't know who I spoke too but none of the staff would have told me to come pick it up. I am including a copy of a voicemail left my Lena on March 19,2026 at 11:18 am. that includes the option to come pick it up. Yes, Miss Flash, this is Lena from the referral department. Um, just following up with you on the acupuncture referral that you had requested. Dr. Moody did put in a referral, but um, she did say that, you know, the, um, you would have to follow up with the place as far as your insurance. I looked up the place uh from the information you provided and they do not give me a fax number. I called and had to leave a voice message to um ask a request for the fax number if there is one. So I was just gonna call and let you know that you may want to come by the office and get them to print up this referral and take it to the acupuncture place. If you want, um, uh, speedier service, um, with getting the referral started because we will close this on our end with it not being a, uh, referral that we do, um, so I think Dr. Moody's just putting this in because you need it for your insurance. So uh give me a call back if you have any questions um I'm option 3 on the referral line on the main office number. Thank you bye As you see Lena offered my coming to pick it up and it eas ready When I said she had the woman shook her head at me and said it didn't happen. She never apologised for the misunderstanding and wasting my time just so rude so unprofessional Just repeatedly given wrong information. You definitely have the feeling that your healthcare is being held hostage by hostile agents when dealing with this group. Good thing the referral wasn't for a life saving treatment eh? Do not trust them with your health care. The Hippocratic Oath they swore must have had an expiration date because "do no harm" is not in their vocabulary. More people die from mistakes made by the medical community than by gun violence every year and I see one place where it could definitely happen. By mistake or by design. For your own safety, peace of mind, self-respect and being treated with dignity and kindness go somewhere else.

I called twice, checked the portal a dozen times. nothing. we're not talking sinus infection here. my life could be in serious trouble. oh, sent me a message to get blood work today. not their fault but I sat in traffic for 2 hours to pee in a cup. ordered to pt which i am doing at a great expense to me. no explanations, no conversation I am totally in the dark and it's scary. I've been falling all the time. serious falls ER serious . I'm sure I have a concussion. blinding headaches. but nope won't call me. the support staff are very kind it's the doctors who care nothing for their patients
