Had The Rain Gutter Specialists come out and got the straightest assessment from anyone…read more I asked about gutter covers, fully expecting the pitch. Johnny thought cleaning and repair would be a better use of the money and that my gutters were in decent enough shape overall. He even referred me to someone else for cleaning instead of keeping everything in house. No scare tactics, no inflated list of problems, no upsell. Just a clear read on my gutters and what he would do if it was his home. Really appreciate it, we will see how this winter goes, First chance I get I will come back to Rain Gutter Specialists and refer others. Felt rare enough that I wanted to say something. If you want an honest opinion, call these guys.

I had also heard what others in the neighborhood were quoted and was referred to a few different companies, but their pricing seemed way too high for a single-story house. Our gutter installation with DGS was seamless, quick, and hassle-free. Francisco also worked really well with my landscaping contractor, who was completing our backyard renovation at the same time, which made the entire process even easier. I've referred DGS to others since our installation and will continue to recommend them. Great experience overall!

We got multiple quotes, and Francisco's turned out the most reasonable. He did not upsell us, and ensured to let us know which gutters only needed repairing rather than full replacement to optimize the quote. On top of that, he completed the project with excellent quality and tremendous attention to details. When he could not finish in one day, he asked us to come back for a second day to ensure he does not rush the job. He even offered to repair and reattach wood boards and fascia's around the house that was damaged/loose prior to installing the gutters. When we wanted to change things after initial installation, he was very accommodating, flexible, and even suggested different ideas to address our concerns. It is not a stretch to say he is by far the most honest, reasonable, communicative, patient, and professional tradesman I have ever worked with. We would always recommend Francisco to anyone we know, and absolutely will continue to work with him.

We're in the middle of a major construction job, and with rain coming in, not having gutters installed would have meant flooding, damage, and weeks of costly delays. I called around and every other company told me the same thing -- "we can't get to you until March." Not exactly what you want to hear when rain is days away. A friend had highly recommended Jorge, so I gave him a call. After explaining the situation, he completely understood the urgency, rearranged his schedule, and came out within days. That alone impressed me -- but what really stood out was the execution. His crew showed up on time, were professional, efficient, and clearly knew exactly what they were doing. The gutters were fabricated on-site, perfectly seamless, and installed exactly how and where I wanted the downspouts placed. No shortcuts, no upselling, just clean, quality work done right the first time -- and all completed in just a few hours. In a world where it's hard to find contractors who communicate well and actually deliver when it matters most, Jorge and his team are the real deal. Professional, responsive, and truly five-star gold service. If you need rain gutters and want it done right, stop looking and call them.

The installation was swift and included repair work on a gutter that was installed prior to my ownership of the house. I had a great experience working with Peter and his team at Premium Legacy Roofing. From start to…read morefinish, they were nothing but professional, reliable, and easy to work with. Before the big rains we had in March, Peter came by and had his crew go up on my roof and tarp the areas where the leaks were coming from. They put up three or four tarps to protect everything. What really stood out to me was that when my neighbors saw what they were doing, they actually chased his crew down the street and asked if they could come back and tarp their homes as well, and Peter took care of them without hesitation. That impressed me a lot. When they came out to demo my roof, they made sure everything was cleaned up each day, which I really appreciated. At one point, a neighbor's screen was damaged from wind blowing debris off the roof, and without hesitation, Peter offered to repair and replace it. That says a lot about the kind of integrity he runs his business with. They were always on time, worked full days, stayed within the budget they originally quoted, and were completely upfront and honest throughout the entire process. They also took the time to walk me through everything that needed to be done and used quality materials. Knowing they are licensed, insured, and bonded gave me even more confidence. They installed new paper under the existing tiles and redid the pattern, and the end result looks incredible. Honestly, it looks like a brand new roof. Several of my neighbors came over just to look at it, and many asked for Peter's card because they were so impressed with the quality of the work. I can't say enough good things about Peter and his crew. I would highly recommend Premium Legacy Roofing to anyone looking for quality work done the right way.

His estimate breakdown and material overview also impressed us, the price was right, and we committed to a full reroofing project of our ancient concrete tile roof. From the first day that the Premium Legacy team started working we knew that we chose right. Lots of communication along the way, prompt notifications about permits and inspections, and of course a very much appreciated tidying up at the end of each work day. The crew really, genuinely know their stuff. We put the new roof to a test immediately after it was finished, with the crazy rain storms over December. 8+ inches of rain locally but zero sign of the previous issues we had experienced. Not only that, but Peter came out during the rain when we discovered a chimney problem, and quickly diagnosed the issue, tarped the chimney, then provided us with this additional repair. (The chimney crown needed to be replaced entirely, and they had a brand new one manufactured and installed within a few weeks.) The company can truly do it all, and do it WELL. For an important project like this where quality work means peace of mind of several decades, it's important to choose correctly. Without a doubt Premium Legacy R&C delivered on their promise on professional, quality construction. We couldn't be happier with the end result.

I was afraid it could be some sort of scam, so I booked a cleaning and did not give them any information other than my address. This did not phase them one bit. As scheduled, a young man with DJ Solar Cleaning showed up and did an outstanding job cleaning my solar panels. He was professional and finished the job in less than 30 minutes. He also quoted me the exact same price for the cleaning as he had when I inquired via Instagram. He was very neat, getting very little water on my patio other than where the gutter spout came down from the roof and that is where water is designed to go. After the cleaning service, I asked the technician how often I should schedule additional cleanings. He said it depended on how quick the panel got dirty again. He explained he had some customers who had their panels cleaned every 3 months and others who did it once a year. He estimated I would be fine having mine cleaned every year, but recommended I put a reminder on my phone to check the panels in six months to see how dirty they had become. That answer made me believe I was dealing with an honest person. I will definitely be using DJ Solar Panel Cleaning again!!

Our front gutter is pulling away from the house, and after having another company inspect the system, we were informed the installation was done improperly from the start. The issues weren't visible right away, but they've now led to damage to the fascia boards around our home. We are now facing the cost of full gutter reinstallation along with fascia repair and replacement. To make matters worse, the original installers used screws directly through the gutters, making them unusable for reinstall. They also used large wood screws without pre-drilling, which caused splitting in the wood rather than properly securing the system. The gutters are not aligned for proper drainage which also is not helping the situation.. This has turned into an extremely costly and frustrating situation that could have been avoided with proper installation. We trusted the initial work--and even recommended them--but based on what we've since learned, we cannot stand by that recommendation. We did contact the company prior to engaging with a second contractor recently. They came out, told us we should pay for regular clean out of the gutters. We would have welcomed the opportunity for the company to step in and make this right. I would strongly encourage others to get a second opinion before moving forward.
