The nurses and the bath aide never failed to come for their regular visits, and someone came quickly when there was an emergency. They were kind, compassionate, and loving not only with him but with me. Cathy Carpenter said she cannot force power of attorney to send reports of her spending of mom's money. Cathy Carpenter is a mandated reporter. She must report the abuses perpetrated by Power of attorney amongst which are Refusal to reveal full records of her spending from mom's bank accounts.
