Great decision! Even though my appointment was scheduled for 8 and the driver didn't get to my house until 8:40. :( He was professional and friendly. I liked that I even had a coupon for my living room, but once he measured the room it was actually cheaper not to use my coupon!! Could've just taken my money but didn't. Also, he didn't start work until I signed off on the price so I knew what I was getting into. I would recommend them. Their invoices say "satisfaction guaranteed", but that's certainly not our experience. We ended up hiring a different company who came in and did a good job of cleaning the carpets- including removing all the cat hair. K&S did nothing to make up for doing an extremely poor job and were actually quite rude about it in fact. If you hire them know that poor quality work is a real possibility, and if the work is poor they won't stand behind any satisfaction guarantee and they won't treat you with respect. They've been around a long time, have grown considerably, but no longer seem to care about the quality of their work.

I told the lady I was happy and all was well except the one spot that they had taken out when dry was still there, although it was way smaller than it had been. She said she would send them out to redo it, sometimes as the carpet dries a stubborn spot may need to be redone. I was surprised that they would offer to come back and redo this at no charge!
