Upon entering, the only visible employee was busy on the phone. I took my time perusing all the interesting home decor and furniture. It was a lovely space, with quality merchandise. I had a question, but I overheard the woman placing a phone order for her lunch with very specific requirements. Blah, blah blah. From one call to the other, she didn't even take a break to see if the customers needed assistance. She never acknowledged or greeted me. I was interested in making a purchase but walked out instead. So unprofessional.

They told me that there was a $25 restock fee, I was like well y'all didn't tell me at all. And when I was here earlier the employee told me I can do a return as long as is in a good condition, they didn't mention there was a restock fee for returning. And i looked it up that Micheals and Walmart doesn't have this policy at all. However, the machine itself is in a bad condition and i don't know why I have to pay a fee when I didn't even get to use it?
