For…read more$220, I expected a much higher standard of service, especially given that six people were sent and finished the job in just 1.5 hours--but the quality was noticeably poor. The floors looked like they were mopped with an old, dirty mop--streaks and stains were left behind, making them look worse than before (I did point it out to their team lead on site and she went back to clean it - ish). The shower tile floors clearly weren't scrubbed properly, still showing visible stains and grime. The second set of steps leading to the basement was completely missed--not vacuumed or mopped at all. While I opted out of interior appliance cleaning, I expected the exterior surfaces to be wiped down properly. Instead, the stainless steel appliances were left streaky and smudged, if they were cleaned at all. To make matters worse, no one followed up afterward to check on the service or satisfaction. That lack of care and follow-through speaks volumes. Won't hire them for my regular biweekly. $220 wasted.
