I went out to his business this morning to get an update. He says my items made it in on the truck Friday. I asked him why he didn't call to let me know it was here. He stated I told you it takes 2.5- 3 weeks to get it delivered to you. I told him instead of sitting in front of the television, I could have had my bedroom set by now. The store sent out a nice young man from the warehouse and we tried to make an adjustment in the height of the front of the chair. It still is not comfortable like the one in the store, which is the reason I bought it. So in the end, I am stuck with a chair that's not comfortable--for around $900.
