I've worked with Sue and Diana on three projects. They helped me choose tile for a new stall shower and I was very pleased with the whole process. I also replaced my countertop in my home last year. When the installer came, he said the piece had to be cut and there was a seam right down the middle of my sink. I was willing to live with that but when Sue saw it she insisted that they redo the entire job. She guided me to a different countertop that COULD be one entire slab and I'm much happier with that now. This year, I've been working with Diana on a new home build. She has been so helpful and accommodating throughout the process. There is none of the sales pitchy behavior I've experienced before and she's honest and forthright about the quality of the products (which one will be better for a rental for example) and she's been attentive to costs throughout this process. Her confident design sense has been great since I get overwhelmed with too many decisions. Diana also works really well with my builder and on several occasions, she's found and corrected errors in my plans before they became an issue (windows had been installed too low for example and a door was framed too close to the countertops). I think this is the difference between some of the new shops in town that just sell product and someone like Diana who's ALSO got a lot of experience in construction and homebuilding. read more

UNPROFESSIONAL. I was rudely told to make an appointment to come back, just to look at samples for a shower surround. I made an appointment. At the appointment a week later, I was given a box of samples to look through by myself because Diana "had something important to do, " which involved working on her computer instead of helping me DURING MY APPOINTMENT to look at samples in the shop. Then, no shows on TWO measuring appointments that I took off from work to keep. I am so done with them. I got a sob story about how she broke her foot 5 days ago, but no one bothered to contact me. Next, she called to tell me that her broken foot is why she was so rude BEFORE she broke her foot. Apparently, UNPROFESSIONALISM sets in with Diana prior to breaking bones and only gets worse when she does. read more

I used them for all cabinets, flooring and tile for my new home. Two cabinets were mis measured and the owner took no responsibility for the error. Tried to blame everyone else. Even though she had the plans and did the measuring herself. Even came to job site to measure. I ended up having to pay for new cabinets which they made me pay for in advance. Even though I always paid half upon ordering and the balance as soon as product was delivered. They also ordered twice the stair nosing I needed and instead of giving a refund came up with after the fact charges to off set their "credit". NOTHING was their fault!! My advice is to save yourself some stress and heartache. Steer clear. read more
