Only had a small issue one time in the 6+years that I've been a customer and it was promptly addressed and resolved by the owner. And this is the only store (atleast that I know of) that has growing options for 2% and 0% disposables. I really appreciate the business owner for that because the 5s can be a bit too strong at times for me. Thank you again and I wish I could remember her name but last Saturday (may 9) around 1am one of the associates showed an act of kindness and it really meant a lot to me! Thank you

After I left the store, I was in my car and a car going around the corner sideswiped me in front of the storefront. I had gone back inside and asked of they might have any footage that could help with my claim since I say we were dead in front of the cameras but after asking the sales person, they said we can't help you and the owners don't care. We even had her husband go in a few other times to follow up and he got the same response. I would tell anyone listing to go to a different smoke shop. They don't care about their customers or the people around them. This even went to the point where the owners nephew working had the same reaction. This is incredibly pathetic and baffling. Go somewhere else, this is a terrible shop with no customer service, period.

I am so disappointed with the level of service at this location. I drive out of my way to come to…read morethis location because I very much valued their prices and previously loved their vibe. On the evening of October 3rd, I was in the area to grab my elf bar. I was able to use it for the evening and most of the day yesterday. Once it died it would not hold charge. I went to the store first thing this morning and explained the situation. The chick behind the counter advised me because it's been 24 hours past she would not be able to refund or replace. I didn't even want a refund. I just wanted a product that worked correctly for the money I spent. She then made me purchase a new one. As someone who works in the credit card processing industry, it is a known fact that a consumer is able to dispute or chargeback a transaction if and when they are not satisfied with the service and/or are not receiving the product they paid for. This includes defective items. As a merchant, it is your responsibility to provide a service and product that is not defective. She argued with me abruptly and told me it was illegal which is 100% incorrect. After trying to explain it she got extremely defensive and told me to never step foot in the store again. My boyfriend and I have been coming here frequently for awhile for many items. Taking my business else where it totally fine.. but after the amount of money I have spent here, they could have done the right thing especially after selling me something defective. Replacing a 23 dollar product that was defective would have kept you a long term customer. Now you lose out on two customers and the charge from 10/3 as I did not keep the defective product and I was not provided a replacement for something I paid for with the expectation it would work properly.

I said one second please I'm trying to find one so I rushed and picked one. He told me there was a deal 2 for 40 so I just said I'd get two of the ones I wanted. I pulled out my ID because I'm 21 and I get asked every time he looked at me and said I need to see your ID though, I handed it to him and he looked at it for a long time. He asked me what the date was I told him I didn't know today's date so I looked at my phone and told him the date. He said how old are you? I said 21 he looked at my ID and looked at me with a little smirk and handed me my ID back. I said I can go somewhere else, then he started yelling that no it's okay and I just turned around and walked away and told him he was rude the whole time and I didn't need to explain to somebody that I'm finally 21! If you do the math if anybody born in 2002 they are 21 now‍ i gladly went to another place and they gave me a FREE vape as a promo like I've never heard of that before!! Thank god I turned around and went to a better place. Don't come here honestly he made me feel so stupid or like I was doing something wrong.

Out of all the online companies I've dealt with, this one is the best so far--their product is exactly as advertised, not a bunch of stale tobacco sticks.
