When I called to schedule an appointment the lady was friendly and helpful and advised me what to expect regarding the timeline and cost of service. The repair man showed up on time as scheduled and was very friendly and knowledgeable. He repaired my garage door and made it operate better than before it broke and did it in only a few minutes. I was relieved that the job was done but more so that it cost less than I had expected and it didn't take up much time.
