where do we to start, honestly this place is Beautiful, very upscale nice well built. but there a certain aspect to this, were it totally fail as a restaurant and steakhouse.
to be honest, they offer you wagyu and kobe, most steakhouses will offer THEIR OWN BRAND of cattle first to show of there, genes breed and such. if i wanted kobe i would go to JAPAN KOBE for this type, not the second rate guys that just mark it up!
the staff is super mega friendly, but for the pricing there charging i would expect a lap dance with this service!
they have amazing Josper Spanish toys very expensive, its a shame they don't shine more on there own product.
the truth about the Holstain brand was not explained well or impressive at all.. drinks were mediocre at most! and to be honest, is that side dishes that you purchase for a insane amount of money we barely got a palm size serving for 4 people.. ( are potatoes and mac and cheese really that expensive) do they get it from the tepeyac virgin! this was insane! i been to some of the best and worst places in the world, and I've ever seen something like this!!
and for steakhouse that barely holds 26 world wines, they sure wanted to charge 30 dlls for bringing, my own wine witch they did not have, by the way!
basically i would i have pay twice the cost of the bottles i did want!
some of the basic wines were missing! basic Mexico, and Spanish, and french, even super popular penfolds 387.. i was amazed but if you go to dallas and dine like this and pay this much, the restaurant has a million dollar wine seller at the very least ..
in all fairness, i would come back. only to show people what a truly bad statehouse is, and not supposed to be or do! and how they over charge for every single item just because, they truly felt like it!
