I am extremely disappointed in this veterinarian for many reasons. Her bedside manner is extremely…read morepoor. My mother's cat is getting old, and we knew it was time to put her on palliative care. When we went to consult with the vet about this, she said something along the lines of "oh so you want your cat to die sooner?" I was appalled. This is very much NOT what palliative care means. This made my mom have a breakdown in the car. We got a second opinion in Omaha, and the difference was shocking (their beside manner was amazing, and were not judgmental). Bedside manner is so important, and to be lacking in the skill leads to pet owners feeling guilty when they only want what is best for their pets. Alongside this, the diagnostic testing costs a fortune. The thyroid testing she wanted to do was around $250, and our quote in Omaha was $80. Overall, there are MUCH better vets out there. We were patients of Dr. Johnson for decades and loved his care, so it pains me to see this business in the current state.

When my dog had an unfortunate encounter with a bigger dog, I called them and they told me they were a busy but would see her as she was actively bleeding, but informed me they may not get to her immediately as long as she's stable. Which is the best I could have asked for. They got to her fairly quickly, I brought her in around 6 pm and was able to pick her up at 9pm. Took her for a recheck a couple weeks later and was given more meds and got her fixed up. Will use this vet from now on.

This was probably the third place that I called to get my little long-haired Chihuahua groomed…read moreafter we moved here to the Omaha area most places were booked out for pets paradise the girl took time to talk to me find out what kind of dog I had and talk to me about her and got me in to see Nikki. This was her first visit and my dog and only had one groomer since I'd had her she was a rescue and somewhat apprehensive of people. Nikki took the time to get down on her level and talk to her and surprisingly foxy let her pitter and went back into the grooming area with her. We just went for our second visit and foxy's pet cute little bows in her hair and doesn't seem to mind going there for her bath and grooming. I must say the store just curious I'm very nice products and they were very helpful to me. Thank you Nikki and thank you to the staff.

Uncontrollable bloody diarrhea and vomiting. He's never had anything like that before! So sad! Hopefully this was just a fluke but I'm certainly not happy.
