Claims fail due to format - Prepared by Rapacke's associate. Prior art discovered - Similar US Patent applied for in 2022. (Wait! Not willing to throw more good money after bad, especially now that the prior art has been discovered. In his final communication Andrew even spells my last name incorrectly.
