That said- he provides great photos and explanations in his reports but we just found it useful from an educational perspective to be there. We have used him a few times for our condo building, I am on the board, and his advice really helped us to prioritize and triage the work on deck to best serve our residents. Lou talked to me on the spot which was awesome because the other two SE companies I left messages with never even got back to me. Lou didn't want us to spend the money sending an engineer out if it wasn't necessary. He asked me to send him a copy of the inspection report so he could determine if a visit to the property was needed.
