After several phone calls in which I…read morementioned I was coming from out of state, we get there just after 12 in the afternoon on Friday, and are told they are short handed, everyone is out to lunch and we can't go in to look at the doors we wanted without an escort from an employee. Then the guy says even if we want them since it's after 12 they won't even pull the parts off the vehicle till Monday! I told him I just drove over 5 hours specifically to get these doors, Monday was not going to work for us, he said sorry that was their policy... I wish they would e mentioned this policy when I told them I was coming from out of state to get these doors. (I had even called that very morning to make sure they would be open all day and were not closing early) the pictures of the doors I wanted had date stamps from 4/07/2015.... I can see why they haven't sold in three years. This place makes it hard to buy stuff from them.

Around 7:30pm, a female called and stated I would not get it because they don't have it. I explained it showed it online in stock. She did not care. She stated I guess I could see if another store has one and call you back. She never called back. I then called the store at 8pm and spoke to Isiah Guttierez and he stated it showed 2 in stock however they have none. I said to credit my account. He stated it will take 48-72 hours for the credit to show. It only took them 2 minutes to take my money for a battery they claimed they had but did NOT. He said his district manager is Michael Jacob. If my money is not credited back in that timeframe, Mr. Jacobs will be getting a call from me. This store is pitiful.

He offered a lift kit for all around and then added, "but if you still wanna be cheap, they have plain old just longer shocks that are cheap". Not a good way to earn business. I have 2 pickups I want done, but I refuse to be insulted in order to get them done. I'm now waiting on a quote from a company in Lubbock that has even offered me a 10% discount on a room if I take it up there for a weekend to be lifted.

They have no book out, they don't have the little computer anymore, but there is a QR code. So I scanned it and found a set and headed for the register. At the register the young man behind the counter, Seijun (sp), asked if I wouldn't mind allowing him to check the blades against his system, that he noticed I used the QR code and sometimes it gets it wrong. So I did, and it did as well, he quickly gave me the correct information and I went on my way. He was helpful, friendly, and knows how to give good customer service. Thanks dude!!
