After we paid in full, we called to understand why they would charge this kind of money for replacing 2 on/off valves. When we visited after, we noticed a large amount of water sitting in the bottom of the sink cabinet. It had badly warped the cabinet bottom and mildew was growing. When I mentioned this to the scheduler (I took pains to be pleasant about it) and asked for repair, she was very defensive, finally saying the owner would have to call. When he did, he was belligerent, defensive, and accusatory of anyone but his crew. My husband was so agitated he drove the 2.5 hours down to take photos to send to Mr. Byron. We heard nothing back, and finally told him to close our account. We showed the photos to a licensed plumber who told us Byron's had not capped our pipe and that was the source of the water. Byron's did nothing to rectify the situation and showed no urgency to supply good customer service. Would NEVER recommend them.

Unreachable, Broken Promises, Subpar Work…read more I hired Pat from Grace Mechanical through my contractor last year for plumbing work. Despite having a clear scope and agreement, the contractor's delays meant that one item was left incomplete. We paid approximately $5k for the services rendered and agreed to complete the remaining item this summer. While most of the work was satisfactory, Pat failed to properly seal my sink drainage during a conversion from two drains to one. As a result, water and food shoot up from the drain when I use the garbage disposal. This year, I've reached out to Pat almost daily via call or text for over a month. He rarely answers the phone and occasionally responds with vague promises to call back, which he never fulfills. He contacted me once, stating he needed to check his calendar and would call back to schedule a time. That was weeks ago, and I haven't heard from him since. I've attached proof of the shoddy sink drain work and examples of the unprofessional communication I've experienced. As a paying client, this treatment is unacceptable and highly unprofessional.

It's not doing anything you can unplug it. It was making a noise so my husband unplugged it. 6 hours later we had a flood. Destroyed brand new carpet, shoes, leather goods etc. The "air purifier" was actually the condensation pump. That should never have been unplugged. 48 hours of fans going, mopping etc. Celtic service manager said. Nothing they can do. Guess who's not getting our business.
