TOTAL RIP OFF!!! I wouldn't recommend this business. I also am a Google reviewer with over 50,000 views. I usually go to US Gas in Galloway for my vapes. They have a great selection, great prices, and they appreciate their customers. It was a very foggy night and you couldn't see, but I needed a vape. My eyeglasses were broken so I got a ride from a friend. I recently switched to a disposable vape after using a refillable one for years, so I'm still learning. I told the salesgirl this. Plus, I was older than her. Just because we're a little older, doesn't mean we're stupid. They didn't have the vape that I normally use. I looked over the selection, which wasn't very big. I told her I didn't have my glasses and I couldn't see well. I first pointed to a Vape that looked like the one I usually smoked. She then directed me to a certain Vape that "she likes." She told me it was 25,000 inhalations for $30. My usual Vape is 30,000 inhalations at $30. 5,000 less puffs, but I was in a hurry and it was convenient. The store was 10 minutes away from my home. Factor in the foggy night and the fact that my ride had to get home. I went out to the car when I was finished, and my friend was smoking a cigarette outside. So I sat in the car and I was looking at the box with my magnifier and light on to get a better look. I noticed that it only had 15,000 puffs and you had 25,000 puffs if you pushed the BOOST button. I was only gone a few minutes after my transaction. I never left the parking lot. I went back in the store and I told her that she gave me the wrong information and sold me the wrong vape. She told me that all sales are final and she couldn't do anything about it. That is false advertising!!! Why did she point to that other Vape when I was looking at another one? She probably didn't even Vape. If she would've told me the truth, I probably would've been a repeat customer because they are so close to my house. To top it all off, I priced that Vape and it runs pretty much everywhere about $18-$23. I paid $30. I don't mind paying a little extra if you have excellent service. I am an avid consumer and I usually shop online so I can take my time. I was rushed that night. I should know better by now. From now on, I won't mind driving to my usual place to get my vapes. It's worth it. I'm telling everyone I know to never go there. Go to USA Gas to get your disposable and Gorilla Vapes to get your refillable vapes. This is no way to run a business. read more

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Maybe prices are high but this is (last I checked) a free market economy. If something is too expensive just don't buy it. I can't stand all these Karens complaining about high prices so I'm writing a positive review. The store is clean, well stocked with a great selection and the staff is friendly. I absolutely love this shop. The employees are always insanely helpful and never make you feel rushed or pressured to buy. We were able to take our time before making our purchase. They also pointed out different aspects of each piece that helped us find the one that fit us best. The selection is huge and very fairly priced. There is something for everyone here read more

Would give this place 0 stars if I could. Grossly overpriced and refuse to work with you based on the manufacturer price. Staff wasn't even helpful in selecting product and didn't seem very knowledgeable. Wouldn't recommend going here, go to one of the many other shops with normal prices. read more

Not sure where the bad reviews come from but I love this place. Three of my favorite flavors are from here. (Heisenberg, Witching Hour & Pooh Bear Honey). They offer multiple sizes and mix ratios (60/40, 70/30 & 90/10). The staff has always been helpful with whatever I've needed and are some of the nicest I've met in a Vape house. Their rewards program gets me a free bottle almost every time I go. The only reason I don't give 5 stars, is I'd like to see a tester station/drip tester station. But they do allow you to smell any flavor giving you a good idea of the flavor. Ignore the bad reviews and give it a try. You won't be disappointed. read more

Doesn't make sense how your gonna up-charge the retail price on products where it says on the manufacturers website it should be retailed for 80 to 100 bucks less... like the puffco peak that retails on puffco for 299.99 and Hollywood is charging 380.99 and the limited versions for 420! Purchased a Pulsar APX Volt Vaporizer today. I wanted to learn more about it, so I visited the manufacture website and saw the price of $69.99. I paid $85 at this store. I guess it's buyer beware, but I would not expect a store that's an authorized distributor of a product to be charging more than the manufacture list price. Even more disappointing is that they only offer store credit. I will be returning for store credit and hopefully they will make an exception and offer a full refund to make it right. read more

I think this place is great! I don't usually write reviews but I felt the need to this time. The first time I went there, I bought a vape that was actually not the great. It fell apart. Not the employees fault. I decided to give it another try. I liked their oils the 1st time so why not try a different vape from there as well. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by one of the employees Bill. Very personable. Super nice...and very helpful! He took the time out to let me smell all of the flavors I was curious about...even tho I felt like a pest, he was great! I will definitely be going back to see Bill!! read more

During my visit to the store nobody was helpful or knowledgeable I know I cannot be the only one that has questions about some of the items they sell and don't want to be made to feel stupid or be told that because I used the wrong name for an item that I might be kicked out of the store. Went here for the first and last time today... need a coil for my vape and was charged $6.45 for 1 coil!!! At first they said they don't sell single coils, that they only sell pack of 5 for 20.00 which is still way over priced! So as I started to leave i guess they changed their mind and decided they sell single coils...?? I will never spend another Penny in this store. I told the owner my concern about the music I heard while in there was offensive. The music had the entire "N" word in it. This was my 2nd trip to this store. I know what I want [strength, e-juice flavor and VG/PG ratio], so I informed the attendant and they supplied it quickly. What more does a customer need or want ? Prices are OK and it's more convenient than purchasing via the internet and waiting 4 or 5 days. Their frequent buyer program will pay off in the future as well. I'm happy. read more

Was new to vaping a few months ago and was blind going into it (shame on me for not doing research). Even though i made it clear i was a novice, after convincing me into a Kanger starter kit, that was the end of it... other than the employee advising me to crank it up to "at least" 30 W and puffing nonstop (???!!!!) Again-- shame on me for not researching prior. Went back several times for liquid and was never asked about my preference of PG/VG ratio or the compatibility with my unit until I happened upon the owner one evening. If not for her, this would be a ZERO rating!! She was knowledgeable and patient and answered all the questions I had in regards to why each time I got juice, it burned or tasted different (like I said-- her staff never asks what ratio of PG/VG, nor was it explained to me when purchasing my first vapor) And even worse- the last time I got liquid I was given 3% instead of 6%... I didn't bother to check the label because I had been there numerous times and simply assumed I was sold the product I requested. All in all, unfortunately, I will not be returning here, nor recommending to anyone in the area... perhaps in the future if there is staff that is more knowledgeable and/or willing to actually do more than run my debit card through a machine, I may consider it. read more
