The toilets- never enough for the ladies in the interval rush but they are clean and looked after The seats- quite confortable but rather old fashioned cinema feel with a teeny rake because of the tradtional layout design inside so if you're small sit near the front. There is an inhouse cafe and bar which is open during the day and evenings if there is a performance. This theatre is one of 13 designed by david Fisher and build around East Anglia. I don't know if any more are still standing. This one was first opened in 1828. You will see many historic items on display recovered during restorations and the orriginal (reconstructed) pit in the atmospheris cellar. There is an unusually broad programme of arts events and reasonable prices and consessions with tickets easily booked on line. The theatre is also used as a cinema.
