I've never met more caring people who would go out of their way and stay late at work for a complete stranger. I was able to get that one last goodbye with my mom. I wasn't going to ask to see her but something told me that I needed to and I'm so glad I did. A little weight was lifted from my heart after getting to see her; she looked so peaceful and finally at rest. I'm so glad Neal and Shane were able to give that to me. They both went above and beyond with their love and compassion for my mom, as well as being able to show me love and compassion in my darkest hours. It's a treasure to meet people like them and I'll forever cherish both of them! I cannot thank them enough!

I hate being disappointed in a place like this but I was. Had to be there for the same reason…read moreanyone has to go to a place like this - been to others before but the experience here was just not right. The man who was taking care of us almost seemed uninterested or pre-occupied.. not quite sure which. He gave little additional information. I realize we weren't looking for a big service but he still could have given us information. Never offered cards to give out, had to ask about the online obits, didn't show my family the basic choice - only offered them one of the things they have there for sale. My family saw some memorial jewelry they offered and he didn't know much about the product and we almost purchased something we weren't even looking for. No kleenex in the room where you make arrangements... seemed agitated when a question was asked. Let their big dog in to slobber and lick people (they could have offered kleenex for that!). When we called about putting a pic on the obit they said they couldn't do it - they don't understand their own site - they figured it out after putting the pic on sideways. When we called to pick up what we needed - which they knew we were waiting on - they said 'can you get here before 4 - we close at 4' (it was 3:15) It was also Friday - they never called to let us know it was ready. When we got there both people in the office were looking at their phones. Felt like we interrupted them. Also put the wrong passing date on the online obit. Just a crazy non-professional place... didn't feel cared about - just another insurance assignment. Sorry that's how it felt. If you have a choice... you may want to call around.
