Choosing Cathy was one of the best decisions I have ever made. She was there every step of the way, from bringing in several colleagues to help determine the selling price and what work needed to be done to the house, to the staging, even helping to find painters, plumbers and environmental firms on short notice and meeting them at the house if I was unavailable. We accepted a bid $30,000 over asking price and it was all due to Cathy's experience and superior abilities. Our family couldn't have been happier with the results and will always be grateful to Cathy.

My…read morehusband Dave and I came from NYC very green to this unique and overwhelming process of buying a home in Montclair, NJ. From the minute we met Nancy, who was recommended to us through a colleague of a good friend, she laid out the steps in a very clear and thorough manner. Nancy is very good at explaining the financial portion of it which can help to somewhat take the what if's and emotion out of what is a very emotional process. At the same time, she is the first to explain all the highlights of the area, and as soon as she quickly got to know us and our kids' interest was constantly sending tidbits on Montclair and relevant activities/programs. This did not stop at any point even when we got our bid accepted or were further into the process. She helped out in ways big and small; from advising us on who to use for what part of the deals to double checking our letter of intent to purchase and all in between. She did all with very quick response time and accurate information at every turn. Without her help, we believe we would not have gotten the home that we are so in love with in downtown Montclair. We would recommend her hands down to anyone looking in the area.

He remained my Real Estate Agent in several different capacities for the next 10 years or so. He was my Property Manager for the main bulk of time, and then when I was ready to sell, he easily slipped into being the Seller's Agent and represented me while I lived several hours away. During the time he was my Property Manager, Mike kept the condo full. I had a very good rate as far as low vacancy. He took care of issues as they came up and was very responsive (phone, text and email). He charged a fair rate as far as his commissions and would make sure I was happy with the final amount. As my Real Estate Agent, he found buyer's within a month, and we closed last week. It was a smooth sale, no glitches along the way from start to finish. Mike has a lot of connections in the area, and was always able to get the reliable handyman, Sears guy, or chimney sweep whenever needed, which is a big relief when, as the owner, you live hundreds of miles away from your property. I would recommend him in either role (Property Manager or Real Estate Agent).

Working with Kevin and his team truly paid off as we accepted an offer (of which we had multiple) within a week, he helped get us the flexibility we needed to complete our relocation, and he connected us with a fantastic attorney that made the process incredibly smooth. His knowledge of the Bridgewater area is unparalleled. I can't underestimate how important it was that he knew the area, knew the homes, sold homes in the area, enabling him to effectively market our home. His portfolio of work speaks for itself. He is accessible when you need him, he will keep you well informed throughout the process, and did a tremendous job communicating throughout the sale of our home. But, what also is a differentiator for Kevin is the amazing team he has working with him. Michelle did an absolutely incredible job staging our home. She also sold a house for a friend of mine recently, as the seller's agent. When I was looking for a house to buy, she was very good at identifying properties in my price range that met my needs. She helped guide me through the purchasing process with ease. I particularly liked the home inspector she recommended, who identified a few issues with the otherwise perfect house that I was able to use to reduce the purchase price. When my fiend, a nearly blind elderly widow, needed to sell her house so she could move into assisted living, Marilyn helped her find people to clean the house out to get it ready for sale. She worked with the seller to get through all paperwork needed to get the property listed, explaining everything patiently to the seller. She also helped the seller find people to clean out the house to prepare it for sale. Marilyn also took excellent photographs of the property, using some of her own furniture to stage some of the shots. The seller received multiple offers on the property within weeks of going on the market, as a result of the excellent marketing. Finally, Marilyn went above and beyond the call of duty by arranging for an air conditioning system and water heater to be bought up to code and having them inspected so the property could get a certificate of occupancy, so the sale could finally go through. Marilyn was very helpful and professional throughout the purchase of my house and the sale of my friend's house. I would readily recommend her as a real estate agent for anyone, whether as a buyer or seller's agent.
