We found Southgate Florist's website and placed an online order. Within the hour, Virginia (I presume the owner) replied via email (at 10pm her time, afternoon for us!). She was familiar with the undertaker, church etc and took care of everything, she also emailed a photo of the arrangement. My sister in law, who attended the service, said the arrangement was gorgeous (she is a horticulturalist).
