The place is slightly tiny and if you're coming in a group of more than 3, you might want to make a reservation. What we ordered: Appetizers: 1. Bruschetta 2. Arancini (recommended) - Fried rice balls stuffed with peas, served with spicy tomato sauce The tomato sauce wasn't spicy in my opinion. Main: 1. Tagliatella Bolognese - Slow cooked minced beef, tomato, onion, celery, carrots 2. Tagliatella Carbonara - Pancetta, eggs, shallot, black pepper, white wine, pepper I found the pastas not all that exciting. I preferred the bolognese over the carbonara. It was definitely tastier than, the carbonara was okay but it felt slightly dry. Dessert: Gelato with expresso shot (recommended) Three scoops of vanilla gelato in a martini glass and a hot shot of expresso, served separately on a plate! I enjoyed the bitter sweet taste of the expresso and ice cream mixed together. Drinks: 2014 bottle of Lazio Merlot (Red wine) I like the service here. Food was served quick and presentation was good. The staffs were friendly and helpful, always ensuring that we were okay with our meals.

Just because they make everything themselves fresh, like the bread and the pasta and just because they aim for a quality product and experience, not the big bucks. Italian restaurants are either good, real, pure and authentic, or they are not. To my opinion there is nothing in between. I prefer the real ones or otherwise I prefer to prepare my food myself. Domo 94 to me is the real stuff and is very affordable as well. They are a proud bunch of people waking up early to get the fresh produce from wherever they need to get it and to prepare everything themselves. If it is made fresh suddenly all typical Italian food is really great and it is easy to appreciate fresh pasta, fresh bread and homemade tiramisu. The restaurant recently changed owner and the current owner is more than willing to share a bit of his passion, although not always easy to understand his English ;-) Great Italian wines as well. Some really affordable and the usual more expensive wines like barolo for a very acceptable price.

The owners welcomed us in immediately and you can tell that they loved their restaurant and wanted to share their passion for food. They have an awesome lunch deal 3 for £20 before 5pm. Appetizers we got the mozzarella sticks and calamari. They were light and crunchy. Main entree, seafood linguini and pepperoni pizza. Both were so good but we couldn't finish it. We would have taken to go but were going to a concert after. The owner showed off his pizza tossing skills and taught me how he made the pepperoni from scratch. I also told them I love spicy so I got grounded red chili pepper, fresh red chili pepper and red chili pepper oil. I was in heaven. We could not fit 2 desserts in our stomach but shared a bishoff cheesecake. The dinner staff was rolling and were they just happy to be there. They were as friendly as the owners and you can tell they loved working there, that's rare these days. There was also a lady there that told us she's there once a week for the past 14 years. My husband and I are definitely coming back.

Yet another case of where my hopes & wishes were sky-high, but where they were plummeting pretty…read moresoon... Let me elaborate: I've seen this place buzzing with activity - one time I tried to get a table for myself (on a Tuesday night), but it was all full! Tutti booky! In addition to this hype, I read a Time Out article and some other pretty promising reviews that were hanging outside the restaurant. All that, made me think to myself: this must be THE place in Archway! Well, last night, before the Harry Potter movie, it was time to put it all to the test and my verdict is a: Meh. I've experienced better! The bread selection was nice, but we had to ask for the olive oil-balsamic vinegar. Both my +1 and I chose a vegetarian entrée (tagliattelle with vegetable & ravioli with lemon-ricotta), but both of them were not really rocking the boat...it was tasty enough, but I feel that could've just whipped up the same at home. Maybe this was all aggravated by the fact that I had just recently returned from Italy and had experienced what real Italian food is supposed to taste like? The service was also not on par with my expectations: I know it's a cheezy stereotype, but in an Italian restaurant, I want to be served by smiling & "singing" waiters and that just didn't happen. The waiters were attentive, but just not very forthcoming Nevertheless, this place seems to very popular with the local crowd, as some of the guests were greeted as returning guests. Maybe I need to come back to receive the same warmth of attention? Maybe...but not for a while...

A lovely breadbasket with the complimentary balsamic and EVOO, that seals the deal right there. A good breadbasket, EASY..come on people get that right! I've had the rabbit (coniglio) THRICE, as well as the seafood linguine and both have been stupendous. Nothing complicated or pretentious, just fresh Italian food at its finest. People forget how amazing food tastes in its most natural form, without any molecular gastronomy flair or French-inspired immaculate presentation....I don't mind either of those though, when my wallet feels slightly obese. Portions were awesome, and it's cheaper than chips (by that I mean crisps not fries muahah). But so long were the days when we could walk into this place that only seats about 30 or so, now you have to book a week or two in advance! Good luck yall, it's worth it.

Have you ever eaten pasta in the shape of maggots? - Well here at Nuraghe, I had the pleasure (yes,…read morethe pleasure!) of eating pasta of maggot-shape. It was a miserably rainy London Sunday evening, yet still I felt like going out for dinner. I decided to play a little game and take the next bus that would come by and then get off at the next attractive-looking restaurant. Well...as luck would have it, I jumped on the #4 and when we passed through Tufnell Park, I spotted Nuraghe: mission accomplished! To be honest, at first I reluctant to go to yet another Italian restaurant, as you can find them left and right in every London hood: but in the end I was really glad I came: upon entering the simple, but not-cheap-looking trattoria, I was warmly greeted by the staff - which set the tone for my entire dining experience. When I had studied the menu, I asked - what seemed to be the owner of this place - if she could help me decide between two intriguing-sounding dishes: "Malloreddus alla Canpidanese" and "Culurigones". She announced that they were both traditional Sardinian dishes (which, by the way, is the default cuisine here) and she then asked me in her lovely Italian accent: Are you hungry? Me: Yes!!! She: Then I'd suggest you go for the Malloreddus. When my meal arrived I was flabbergasted by the sheer size of it: the portion was indeed very generous and it was exactly what I needed: pasta with a hearty meat-tomato sauce and a generous glass of house red! Yummy! To make a long story short: this is a fantastic place where you can eat traditional Sardinian dishes. The staff is very friendly and are well-liked by the patrons of this place - who seemed all to be regulars from the way they were greeted by the proprietress!

The restaurant itself is small, but elegant. The decorations and music, really makes u feel like your in Italy. The seafood here is really fresh. It's soo fresh that most of the diners are Japanese, which is a great sign of fresh seafood! Must try dishes! (Forgotton the actual names) Starter: Either the Scallops or raw Swordfish Main: Black ravioli Dessert: Homemade panacotta
