Living at Hollis Crossing has it's pros and cons, so I'll list them out. First, here's what you have to know about me.
I'm renting an end unit townhouse
I've lived here for one full year, and just renewed for the second year
Our rental fee is $1,565 and excludes all utilities
PROS
The trails in the back by the river are fantastic
There are two pools, two tennis courts, and places to keep kayaks
The grounds are maintained very well
New management is very responsive
There are a lot of dogs (I have a dog, so I like that) and there are clean up stations around the circle
CONS
A lot of people don't pick up after their dogs
The snowplowing process is a huge pain
You'll be sharing walls with neighbors whether you live in a townhouse or the garden style
The condo fees have increased substantially recently, but since I'm renting they don't affect me directly read more
