I can highly recommend John Holliman for estate planning. My mother has been in an assisted living for 4 1/2 years. This is very costly and we had concerns that her money might not last for the number of years she needs care. Mr. Holliman's knowledge of senior care and management of financial matters to provide good care has been amazing. His respect for her through a personal visit and his grasp of her wishes was most appreciated and her has accomplished what we intended. Further, he has assisted my husband and I with our own planning. My husband is fairly knowledgeable in this area and finding someone who could win his confidence as being both competent and trustworthy was not an easy task. Mr. Holliman more than met those requirements. Our plan is a complicated one because we don't have any children as direct heirs. He has been amazing with his suggestions and forthright with any expenses involved which have been most reasonable for his expertise in this area. read more

John Holliman is an expert in Elder Law, Asset Protection and VA Benefits. I have sent my family and clients to him for all of the above and would not consider anyone else. I have watched John help others for almost 20 years without fail. No-one likes to discuss their Last Will and Testament or final preferences but with John's bubbly personality and accomplished skillset we were able to laugh while we planned. I highly recommend John Holliman for estate planning. He has assisted my family on several occasions, and we were quite pleased with how he and his staff assisted us through the process. He also assisted my sister when her father-in-law passed. John knows what he is doing and is a Senior Care specialist to whom I have referred both family and friends. He is not the most expensive lawyer in town, nor is he the cheapest. But he can be counted upon to do what he says he is going to do. read more
