Well my mother inlaw recommended I try Dr. Mangino's office. Its about an hours drive away for me but she told me they were really good and that they had a great membership discount package. My first appointment was a cleaning and oral exam...the tech was very fast, efficient, caring, and friendly. I was immediately impressed. I did have some beginning pain on one tooth and It was determined i would need a root canal. They scheduled my appointment but considering how busy they were i would still have to wait some time before they could perform the procedure... I was scared, and beginning to have more pain. That next day they called me back to let me know they were still thinking about me and that they had an appointment come available in 2 days if I would like to take it!!! i said yes! This was my very first root canal. Ive heard the horror stories, even my own mom felt sorry for what she thought was about to happen to me. (my experience was amazing to say the least) Only pain I had was from the initial numbing shot. Had zero pain during the entire root canal procedure. Dr. Mangino was outstanding! He was polite, he listened to me, he explained everything to me so clearly, he told me step by step what would happen. He even made it clear that during the procedure if i needed them to stop for any reason to just let them know and they would stop. During the procedure he would regularly check on me to make sure I was doing ok, or if i needed anything. He worked so efficiently and thoroughly. He left no room for error. The Tech was amazing as well, she felt like a sister by the time I left. She talked with me and joked with me, and genuinely comforted me through the whole process. Her skills were superb as well! Its like her and Dr. mangino were completely in sync the whole time. She knew exactly what tools he needed and when he needed them. Was honestly neat to watch how fluently her and Dr. Mangino worked throughout the whole procedure. The rest of the staff was friendly as well, everyone had smiles on, those who called me to remind me of my appointments were polite...just the WHOLE experience was great. LITERALLY. After careful consideration and Google searches I was about to give up thinking there was no place in Paducah to help me. Paducah was just too small for what I needed. I started thinking about going to Nashville, Memphis, or St. Louis. Not knowing what to do, I said a short prayer asking my Father for help locating a dental lab or for whatever I needed to get my mouth fixed. I can not eat without my denture. Picked up my phone one more time before giving up and came upon Paducah Dental. Called them and they had a lab that could get my repair completed the same day. Excited, I made an appointment for the next day. Appointment was at 7:20 a.m. and could pick up my denture by 4 p.m. When I picked up my denture it was better than when I dropped it off. Additionally the payment was affordable and reasonable. I am so happy with my decision about going to Paducah Dental. No one could have done it better than them.
