I reached out to Keri in the small chance she would be able to see me, on Saturday no less, and she was able to make time to come to my apartment that night for some manual work, stretching and taping. With her help I was able to finish my half marathon the next morning (almost) pain-free! We had another session post-race and she really took the time to diagnose why I was over-straining this particular tendon in my foot and equipped me with the stretches and exercises I can do on my own to prevent injury from happening again. First visit gave me pain relief while there and second my pain was so bad that would be a hard solution to reach but I did get enough pain reduction afterwards to get some sleep.
