I ended up having to call the insurance company and letting them know of the bull that they were pulling and pretty much advocate for myself (which definitely not the point of me being there). Oh, not to mention the second time I was here on of the rooms down the hall from me had a major bedbug issue. One of the residents was staying in there and he was all bit up all over his arms, chest and groin area. The staff is pretty aloof to the residents and day staff can be snide and condescending.
