Updated: After making me wait for 20 min on the phone to…read morereturn a miss called, Patricia told me that they cancel my appointment: Card was recorded and this is exactly what was told from her: "Salinas. Okay, um, yes, we were contacting you back. We have canceled your upcoming appointment. After reviewing our recent interactions and specific service requirements discussed. We've determined that our practice is not a best fit for your needs. We believe you would be better served by provider who's scheduling process and communication styles, more closely aligned with your expectations. " Then I asked about what my expectations were? She then wish me a good day and hand up. I'll be filing an official complain. Good luck to you and with their communication styles and scheduling process, please read the other lower reviews before you decide for this team to handle your future pregnancy. --------- Patricia - completely unprofessional and rude. I called to book an appointment on December 9 and was told the soonest available was January 12. When I showed up on January 12, they had no record of me or my appointment, despite the fact that I sent all my info to their receptionist weeks ago, and she was able to locate that email. Patricia, who claims to be a manager, acted like I was lying, offered zero apology, and just told me to wait another two weeks for a new appointment and that I'll be added to a waiting list for a sooner appointment if that happens to happen. She didn't try to help, didn't apologize, and wouldn't even give me a management email to file a complaint or send any written confirmation for my records. She blamed a "change of team" and said she couldn't find out who helped me before. Completely unacceptable experience, no accountability, no professionalism, and no real solution.

I downloaded a app and filled out paperwork before coming into the office for my first visit, when I got there, I filled it out again... then there is a hour and a half wait even with your SET APPOINTMENT. So I filled out the paperwork for a second time, and the front desk lady comes out and says Dr Johnson has been called to delivery and she won't be back for at least another hour and a half. I gave the paperwork back and left. I will absolutely find another obgyn and refer everyone to someone else as well... absolutely awful...

The secretary assured me that it was covered. However, a week later, I received a bill for $520. Since then, I've spent countless hours making phone calls, only to be transferred from one department to another with no clear answers. Every time I thought I was getting closer to a solution, I was bounced to someone else. I was never able to speak to anyone who could actually help or take responsibility. This kind of disorganized and unhelpful customer service is completely unacceptable, especially when it comes to healthcare and billing. I would not recommend this clinic to anyone. Be very careful and double-check everything yourself--they clearly don't stand behind the information they give at check-in.

From the very beginning, I felt heard, supported, and genuinely cared for every step of the way. Even after birth, the compassion continued. Sophie was amazing after labor, couldn't have asked for anyone better. Jami and Sophie had such a reassuring presence, and their knowledge and confidence made me feel completely safe and empowered during and after labor. Their team worked together so seamlessly, creating an atmosphere that was peaceful, encouraging, and full of love. Because of Jami and her team, I was able to welcome my beautiful boy into the world in the most positive, empowering way. I will forever be grateful for their compassion, professionalism, and unwavering support. If you're looking for a birth team that treats you like family and makes you feel strong and capable, this is the place. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Receiving an invitation from Nativiti years after our experience was deeply triggering and…read morereawakened pain that has never been acknowledged by the team. Due to privacy regulations (FERPA and HIPAA), I don't expect a follow-up or apology at this point. But after five years, I feel it's important to finally share this publicly for the sake of others seeking care. When I experienced high blood pressure late in pregnancy, we were advised to go to the hospital--but the promised support in emergency transitions never came. My partner and I had to navigate the ER and hospital system alone while I was in and out of consciousness from a magnesium drip. The only outreach was a call asking whether we'd be returning for aftercare--not a check-in, not a gesture of compassion, not even a follow-up to acknowledge what had happened. We later discovered documentation of a hypertension diagnosis that was never discussed with us transparently. No safety plan was made. The most guidance we received came from our hypnobirthing coach--not our midwifery team. We were also exposed to COVID-19 due to lax policies around symptomatic individuals, compounding our stress and vulnerability. While a partial refund was eventually issued, the emotional impact of being left unsupported in one of the most critical moments of our lives still lingers. I truly hope Nativiti has grown and changed. But for us, what was promised and what was lived were very different.

I am having to have the implant removed asap I cannot function correctly. Disappointed and Discouraged by Care Denial…read more I wish my experience had been anything but disappointing. I scheduled an appointment seeking compassionate guidance for a VBAC (vaginal birth after cesarean). To my surprise--and dismay--Dr. Michael D. Kelly and his nurse practitioner denied me service without even reviewing my medical history. My last C-section was six years ago, yet instead of taking the time to listen, Dr. Kelly dismissed my request outright. As a patient, I expect at least a thoughtful conversation. Instead, I felt rushed, unheard, and judged--like I was being penalized for asserting what I believe to be a reasonable birth plan. The nurse practitioner's bedside manner only deepened my frustration; their off-putting demeanor made an already stressful moment feel untenable. At the very least, I hoped for professionalism and empathy. What I encountered felt the opposite. Seeking a respectful discussion about VBAC shouldn't result in denial of care--but here, it did. Disappointing indeed.
