I work and saved to go there but I felt small going there, they never called me when they said they would even when uncalled them back. And they cancelled my appointment at the last minute after waiting several weeks for a body treatment. In the end I asked for my deposit back, and went to DrSebagh in wimpole street and what a difference. Dr Rakus was lovely, but quick. Eg I had Botox with her which was v. quick, and then she sent me to her assistant to blot any bleeding, etc as she had finished injecting. The Botox wore off after about 3weeks, I had top up and it still wore off , Not the best experience.

Heathbridge is an excellent practice that provides first class service under the restraints of Governement cuts. I would disagree with the comment that the doctors have "become so infatuated with budgets" they are not infatuated but managing the resources that a National Health Service provides for all - regardless of whether people have paid into it or not.
