It turned out to be an almost 4 hour job with the operator having to remove my tire and take it to two places open in town on a Sunday before getting a new tire completely. During the entire time, he was courteous, open to conversation and never gave me the impression that I was "being a bother to him" on a Sunday. If I could rate them more than 5 stars I would! No caveats, no restrictions. He said for as long as I own the vehicle they'll change my oil, for free. For the first few oil changes it was free, no problems. Now that they've realized they're losing money on this promotion, suddenly the oil change is only free if you purchase a package that costs $100+. So either they're changing the rules after the fact or the salesmen are lying via omission to push cars. Either way I'm no longer getting the perk I was offered prior to purchasing the car, which was a deciding factor for buying a car there. That's the last of my business they'll receive either way. I understand having to make money, but I don't appreciate being lied to or ripped off. Buyer beware.
