I went to inform the cashier there was something wrong and I was told it only took tokens. There was no sign on it that said it took tokens only. I wouldn't have put quarters in there if there was a sign! The cashier was completely unhelpful and didn't care to refund me or give me some option. The only reason why I even bother to come to this store is for the 2 stars I gave in the first place. The cashiers are always in the back, never at the front and we are always waiting to be helped when standing at the register. I don't want to hang out in a gas station. There is always a gorup in front of the door smoking or just hanging out (usually it is employess and their friends).The extra parking on the south side makes it easier to park, but will I get mugged on my way into the store? Last night I came over about 10. They had 2 cashiers when I walked in. After I got my sprite and went to the counter one of them had disappeared. He was in the cigarette section behind the counter. He looked up, saw 2 people in line and walekd off towards the back. Soon there was 6 people in line and the one workign cashier stepped away from the counter to talk to 2 firends and a delivery guy. At least I know who is more imprtant. The store always looks cluttered almost like things do not have places. Without putting my number in, the screen welcomes R*****. I look up and the cashiers name was R*****. When I looked at the points on the screen, there was over 100,000 points. I then told him to let me put my number. He responded with "oh I'm sorry" and went ahead and deleted the profile. As I was putting my number in and continuing to check out, the 2 cashiers start to brag about how they are building their reward points. The other cashier continues to talk about how he had so many points, more than 300,000. This is a new 7 Eleven and I'm sure you wouldn't want this as your reputation. Staff is using their own number to gain more rewards. Not cool man. Wishing the best for this location.

On a few occasions now I've noticed staff not being very "Customer Service" oriented. Not friendly, no greeting and hardly acknowledged, but rather given snarly looks which is extremely unprofessional in this type of retail environment. I do believe the lady who conducts this behavior is the manager or assistant of this location. Unprofessional tattoos and harsh make up to add to those nasty looks she gives. The only good thing about this place is cheap gas prices!
