I had the house red to drink which was good as a plain ol' house wine. I also had the papas bravas which were perfectly fried and came with a generous dollop of pleasantly sharp garlic aioli. The dressing was an awesome, zesty vinaigrette (and there wasn't too much of it as many German restaurants tend to drown their salad.) For my main, I ordered the pollo al ajillo. In a word: crave-able. It was about a 1/4 chicken that was cut into smaller pieces and fried. The garlic sauce was pungent in the best way and wine-like. Yet, I actually didn't leave with garlic breath. A word about the service: some of the best I've experienced yet. There were 2 very nice ladies at the bar that were patient with my bad German, efficient and paid attention to details. One waitress even noticed that my husband had ordered a pork dish that came with potatoes and asked if he would like to have a salad instead (he didn't, he loves potatoes :) ) This is a great place for a relaxed night of great food, and, considering that it is within walking distance from my house, I will become a regular here.
