I found this when I was suffering with an acute case of poison ivy rash and called and scheduled an appointment with the nurse practitioner only to receive a return call stating they would not see me. This is a poor policy. It is also a missed opportunity for the provider to catch up with their clients who have not been seen for a period of time. Again no problem with the physicians but most likely Kettering Network not caring for health, rather finances. I ended up seeing a physician via Virtual Visit and was provided with treatment even before the original appointment time I was originally given. If you turn away patients in need I suggest providing them with this information.

You are still charged for a full visit (CASH ONLY) and there is zero flexibility with apppointments. I brought this doctor many patients and was "dismissed" from the practice when I voiced being upset that I was paying hundreds of dollars for 15 minutes after getting stuck behind a tractor. Disappointing exprerience after seeing him for years.

She has seen every pediatrician and NP in the practice, and they are all good! My personal favorites are Dr. Davis and Sandy (CNP). Dr. Davis always answers my questions, as crazy as they may be, and rather than being annoyed at my Dr. Google information, he calls me "informed." Dr. Davis and Sandy never seem rushed, and always take their time. The office staff are always pleasant when I call, and I never have had an issue getting an appointment.

The representative said I would have to move the girls' new patient appts up because they couldn't have a flu shot without seeing a physician. I reminded her that they then couldn't have their regular immunizations. It would be too early. She said, "Well, we'll still have the flu shot in Dec." I asked her what would happen if my children get the flu before Dec. She said, "That's just our policy." I cancelled our new patient visits. Fortunately, there are plenty of pediatricians that practice ethical and evidence-based medicine, not "policy-driven" medicine. Good luck!

The directions state in bold that the patient should not be on proton pump inhibitors for more than six weeks. I showed Dr. Molly Emmert in her office the medical journal articles proving that long-term use of the proton pump inhibitors causes chronic kidney disease. Dr. Molly Emmert insisted that I continue to take the proton pump inhibitors. I was told by another doctor to get my kidney function checked and the GFR revealed stage 3 chronic kidney disease. Dr. Emmert is a terrible, horrible doctor.
