We had already purchased our airline tickets and Danny cleared his schedule for us. We sent him a list of 15 or so homes that we were interested in and was hoping to see in the next couple of days. Danny assisted us in narrowing down our list and showed us the homes that were in the area we were interested in. I would encourage people to keep on mind that JL Scott has the largest group of realtors in Southern Oregon at around 150 or so. All I can say is that with so many people and with so much of the market sown up, a couple of transactions gone bad isn't a call that odd. I was a Store Manager for a big box home improvement retailer for many years and can tell you that it's always the unhappy that are the loudest... That said, JL Scott is the biggest for a reason. As was evident in our transaction in April of last year, JL Scott obviously prides themselves in customer service.
