When we asked for them and the poached eggs came out the yolks were hard and dry. My meal came with blackened charcoal sausages with ends that crumbled into ash when I touched them, and when I mentioned it to the waitress she said "that's how they are supposed to be. Pointing to the sausages on my partners breakfast which were cooked properly, i.e. not black, she said that they just hadn't been cooked as long...well, duh. My toast looked soggy & uncooked on the top so I turned it over to find more burnt blackness.
