I asked because I knew Eyemart was offering a 1 one year warranty that covers ANY damage for one time $50 fee. "Well you get that same warranty here for free" I was told. Seemed too good to be true so I asked again. Same answer. So I happily bought my glasses here. Well as luck would have it the cat knocked my glasses off the counter where the dog destroyed them. Took them in and was told it was not covered. I pled my case with Mike who repeatedly apologized for the miscommunication but still refused to make it right. I even volunteered to pay half which would have undoubtedly left them at cost and not losing anything. Still refused. Some old lady behind the Counter even had the nerve to say "if you think about it it's actually pretty much common sense And it would be dumb to think that that would be covered". Not the way I am used to being treated even during a misunderstanding. I know what I was told, my wife knows what I am told and they acknowledged several times I was told something wrong but still would not even try to make it right. In the end VSP made it right for me and assured me they will be reviewing if their business relationship with Dr. Rice, her husband and their staff. So if you want honesty and integrity this is not the place for you. I asked all the right questions and was sold bases on the answers that turned out to be lies. Lots of places to get glasses in our area so this brand of drama is not necessary. Go somewhere else would be my humble suggestion. I know my family will!

I understand businesses may have a lot of traffic and you have to wait, but…read morethe least they could do is provide enough chairs for people. 4 chairs then an empty place where there could be more chairs. We went in twice and both times it was flooded with people. It took an hour to even get waited on, and there wasn't really any sense of urgency in the employees to move people through. They were just taking their time. So, after an hour we finally sat down and got information (had our prescription and frames already picked out.) First they couldn't find our insurance because they didn't input our information correctly, repeatedly. Then they told us they didn't have coupons in our business even though they gave us a paper that stated we need to present coupons at time of order. Then, and this is the best, after quoting us a price of $150 after insurance and were about to scan our card they said, whoops, forgot something, it is really $329. It was just one of those things. At that point we walked out. It took less time and we got better service by driving to Tulsa and going to Lenscrafters. Much better, faster service and better frames too!

Upon entering the store I was greeted with a "Welcome To Dollar Tree" by a friendly employee. I…read morenoticed how very clean and well stocked the shelves all were. The next employee gladly answered my question about where an item was located. When I was finally ready to check out my merchandise the cashiers seeing that I was alone offered to assist me to carry out my bags to my car. I was quite pleased with this. Overall this shopping experience with Dollar Tree was quite pleasant. These employees were outstanding and they went above and beyond to assist me with all my shopping needs.
