I asked because I knew Eyemart was offering a 1 one year warranty that covers ANY damage for one time $50 fee. "Well you get that same warranty here for free" I was told. Seemed too good to be true so I asked again. Same answer. So I happily bought my glasses here. Well as luck would have it the cat knocked my glasses off the counter where the dog destroyed them. Took them in and was told it was not covered. I pled my case with Mike who repeatedly apologized for the miscommunication but still refused to make it right. I even volunteered to pay half which would have undoubtedly left them at cost and not losing anything. Still refused. Some old lady behind the Counter even had the nerve to say "if you think about it it's actually pretty much common sense And it would be dumb to think that that would be covered". Not the way I am used to being treated even during a misunderstanding. I know what I was told, my wife knows what I am told and they acknowledged several times I was told something wrong but still would not even try to make it right. In the end VSP made it right for me and assured me they will be reviewing if their business relationship with Dr. Rice, her husband and their staff. So if you want honesty and integrity this is not the place for you. I asked all the right questions and was sold bases on the answers that turned out to be lies. Lots of places to get glasses in our area so this brand of drama is not necessary. Go somewhere else would be my humble suggestion. I know my family will!

He is great with all my kids and the staff are so friendly and down to earth. We always feel so welcomed and there is even free coffee in the lobby!!
