Luckily the firm not paying was a DE incorporated .Thats where Trish comes in...She is specialist in this arcane area of DE 145 which is super high grade coverage based on basic Delaware precedent and statue. So after 7 years, the supreme court plaintiff, finally finds Trish. I would have even said hey let's go to dinner and talk and I'll pay. Well you know that didn't happen. I say that to say this. First, it cost nothing to be nice.
