Don't waste your time. Completely incompetent and full of nothing but excuses. If they don't lose your items they will keep them FOR WEEKS without as much as a stitch. And don't bother calling as they only answer the phone about 12% of the time. After I stopped in MULTIPLE TIMES all I was met with was excuse after excuse as to why my item hadn't been done yet and was simply sitting folded on the table while none of the machines were loaded or running. Not sure what "work" actually gets done there...?? I finally took the 1 out of 3 jackets they DIDNT LOSE and made the drove to Waco.
