Do not go to this dealer. Service is subpar and owner is not responsible. Always shop local but not in this case.

Our dealership has been providing our Higginsville, Columbia, Kansas City, Lexington, Odessa, and Warrensburg communities with quality vehicles for over 20 years, and our new owner just took over. We are excited to see how our dealership grows in these upcoming years. Come on over to our dealership to not only find quality trucks, SUVs, and sedans for sale, both new and pre-owned, as well as other top automotive services such as vehicle financial packages. We work with a variety of different lenders to ensure our customers are receiving the right financial aid for their budget and credit score. We also have a highly trained service team that can help with routine vehicle maintenance such as oil changes and tire rotations as well as more serious repairs for the engine and transmission, to name a few. We also certify all of the pre-owned vehicles that come across our dealership. That means that every single pre-owned vehicle on our lot has gone through our rigorous 120-point inspection process. If you see a pre-owned model on our lot, it has already passed this inspection. We value transparent communication and full honesty at our dealership.

We worked with a sales person,Sabrina, who was fairly new. She was very professional and made sure our needs were met. She got us through the process to a happy end.

I went there to check out a Titan truck that I had found on Cargurus. When we finally got the test…read moredrive the truck (took over an hour to get to that point), we noticed that the truck had clearly been side swiped, damage all down the passenger side. Tires were also bald. We test drove it anyways, drove great. When we got back to the dealership my girlfriend and I had decided we weren't going to pay $25,000 for a truck that needed to be fixed right away. The saleswoman, who was nice, assured us it was "just cosmetic" and that "it has been through service." Which I told her I understood, but I wasn't going to spend $25,000 grand on a truck that was damaged. I don't know why, but I went inside to talk to her. She gave me the price, again I told her I wasn't paying that much for a damaged truck. When we were leaving her manager (?, or some random guy) came over to explain to us that the truck was "under KBB" and that we should buy it. It WASN"T over KBB, it was in fact $1,000 over KBB. Long story short, it ended with me and this guy getting into a argument over why I wasn't even going to consider buying a truck that was damaged, needed tires for $25,000. As we were leaving he said "good luck on your truck search." We did have good luck, we found what i would consider to be a better truck for less miles, a little less money with NO DAMAGE AND BRAND NEW TIRES... He also told me to fuck off when I was leaving, I don't think he knew I heard him, but I did. So, if you want to be cussed at, buy damage vehicles with bald ass tires. If you don't go almost literally anywhere else. This could be the worst experience I have ever had buy a car, privately or at a dealership.
